Call for papers, abstracts submission
Authors are invited to send announcement of papers by submitting abstracts in English using the abstracts submission button not later than 3rd March 2008. The acceptance of abstracts will be informed latest by 10th March 2008.
Paper submission
Authors of accepted abstracts are asked to write papers in English and in accordance with the instructions to authors and send papers using the paper submission button not later than 22nd April 2008.
The quality of the English translation of the papers is a responsibility of authors solely.
Registration
Participants are welcome to register for the conference by filling in the registration form.
Conference proceedings
The proceedings will be issued previous to the conference. Papers should be written in English and in accordance with the instructions to authors. Only reviewed papers for which at least one conference fee is remitted by 22nd April 2008, will be included.
Conference fee
A paid conference fee admits the conference for a single conference participant. The conference fee includes ICTS 2008 conference participation, proceedings, coffee breaks and the official dinner. Accommodation is not included.

Facilities for payment:

10% reduction for a group registration of 3 or more participants from the same company

10% reduction for Slovenian Society for Transport Science members

50% reduction for the Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport graduate students
The reductions are exclusive. Participation for undergraduate students is free of charge, and does not include conference material or official dinner.
The conference fee should be remitted to the Slovenian Society for Traffic Science bank account no. – IBAN no. SI56101000032426610 at Bank of Koper, Pristaniska 14, 6502 Koper (SWIFT code: BAKOSI2X). A copy of payment evidence should be handed in at the conference registration desk.
